Mohan M. Chilukuri, MD

Dr. Chilukuri is Board Certified in Family Practice and Geriatrics. Dr. Chilukuri graduated from medical school in 1982 at the University of Kentucky and completed his residency at Trover Clinic Foundation/Regional Medical Center, Madisonville, KY. Areas of Medical Interest include: Preventative and Children's Health, General Family Medicine.

C. Nicole Swiner, MD

Dr. Swiner is Board Certified in Family Practice and graduated from medical school at the Medical University in Charleston, South Carolina in 2004. She completed her residency at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 2007 Areas of Medical Interest include: Minority Health, Women's Health and Pediatrics.Dr. Swiner is also a feature contributor to The Triangle Tribune with a column called “Ask Dr. Swiner.” Check out her blog here.

Dr. Swiner is now certified to provide DOT physicals. Call and schedule on Saturdays, for both current patients and anyone who may need one completed.

Brenda Walker-Thomas, PA-C

Ms. Thomas is a certified physician assistant with 12 years of family practice experience in Raleigh, NC. Ms. Thomas completed her physician assistant education in 1990 with a BS degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta.

Ijeoma M. Perkins, PA-C

Ijeoma M. Perkins is a certified physician assistant.  She is a 2004 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  In 2010, she received a Masters of Health Science Degree from Duke University School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program.  Her interests include preventative medicine, chronic diseases management, women’s health and dermatology.  She is licensed by the North Carolina Medical Board and is an active member of the North Carolina Association of Physician Assistants and the Triangle Area Physician Assistants.
