Toccora Wilson, RN is a member of the ANA/SCNA and she has over 15 years of health care experience working in a variety of roles and settings including long term skilled nursing, short term rehabilitation, and assisted living. She also has been a registered nurse for over 7 years with experience ranging from med surg/orthopedics, rehabilitation, and urgent care. Because of her diverse background she is able to utilize the knowledge she’s gained to help our clients and their families navigate the many challenges they encounter as abilities, needs and desires change.
